• For established patients:

  • Questions related to your treatment should be directed to Dr. Aimée through the portal. Portal access for non-administrative questions is limited. Full policy here.

  • Questions related to scheduling and billing, as well as requests for copies of labs and/or records, should be directed to Glynis through the portal.

  • Prescription refill requests should be directed to your pharmacy. They can request authorization from the office via fax or eRx.

  • Lab-related questions should be directed to the laboratory in question.

  • While Glynis can answer most of your questions, she can also put you in touch with Dr. Aimée directly when appropriate.
