DR.AIMÉE’S MEMBERSHIP FAQS
BILLING & COMMITMENT
-
The membership program is a 12-month commitment because meaningful, ongoing care takes time. A year together allows us to follow your progress, adjust your plan as your needs change, and make full use of the support available between visits.
Your contract will reflect this 12-month commitment and does not allow for early termination. Payments are non-refundable.
The first group of members will start in January 2027, but moving forward, new members can start their year’s contract at any time.
After 12 months, your membership will auto-renew into a new 12-month term, and you will be reminded by email 30 and 7 days before your term ends in case you’d like to make changes or cancel.
-
Either! You can pay an annual fee of $1100 or make an annual commitment paid in monthly installments of $100/month for 12 months ($1200).
You will get an automatic receipt from Stripe each time you’re charged.

-
You can use the Manage My Membership link to update your credit card, view invoices, or cancel. Keep in mind that while you can cancel anytime, there are no refunds and you will keep access for the full 12-month membership. For monthly members, your monthly charges will continue until your 12 months are complete, and the membership simply won’t renew after that.

FOUNDING MEMBERS & GENERAL MEMBERSHIP QUESTIONS
-
Founding Members are the first 50 members who sign up by December 1, 2026.
Founding Members ensure their place in my first cohort!
Additional members will be accepted as soon as I’m able.
Founding Members lock in pricing for 2 years.
Your annual rate will remain $1100 paid once per year or $1200 paid in $100 monthly installments for your first two membership years, depending on the payment option you choose.
Patients who join later are not guaranteed the same price offer.
-
Initially, yes, so I can ensure members and non-members receive excellent care. My hope is to eventually expand membership to as many people who want it.
-
Membership is an additional fee for expanded portal access; priority scheduling; and a deeper level of ongoing, connected care.
Membership also includes a 30-minute Annual Strategy Session ($200 value).
And twice yearly ‘Ask Me Anything’ sessions on Zoom!
Additional visits are available at the regular fee schedule, $200 for 30 minutes and $400 for 60 minutes.
-
Not at this time, but the truth is that I’m not sure. This is an experiment! If my practice changes in the future, I’ll communicate that clearly.
My intention at this time is to make more room for the ongoing guidance some patients want while continuing to provide thoughtful care to everyone I see.
The membership program model is my attempt to shift towards a way of practicing that allows me to offer comprehensive care as I envision it: with lots of ongoing support and attention.
It also marries my desire to better meet patients’ needs while taking care of myself as I get older and move into the next phase of my life. I don’t feel remotely close to retirement, but after 25 years of practice, and just sending my son to college, I am interested in finding ways to not necessarily work less, but to work better. I want to practice the best medicine I know how, see the people who I have the skills to help the most, and stay in love with what I do. My hope is that this membership program will help me do all of those things.
MEMBER’S ANNUAL STRATEGY SESSION
-
A member’s Annual Strategy Session is a 30-minute visit that is included with your membership each year. It’s purpose is to ‘zoom out’ and focus on the big picture of your health. It will include goal-setting with specific quantifiable steps to meet those goals. This is a great time to drill down on health foundations, e.g.: diet, exercise, sleep, and stress management.
You can upgrade this visit to a member’s 60-minute Annual Strategy Session Deep Dive for $200 ($200 savings).
Annual Strategy Sessions are available to non-members at the regular fee schedule, $200 for 30 minutes and $400 for 60 minutes.
PORTAL MESSAGING
-
I respond to portal messages within two business days (weekdays) for both members and non-members.
-
Administrative portal messages include prescription issues, requests for superbills, and rx or supplement timing issues, etc. They do not require clinical decision-making and can often be answered by Glynis.
Non-administrative portal messages include questions about your care, e.g.: adverse reactions, an issue you forgot to discuss at the last visit, a question from a podcast you listened to, a supplement recommendation, etc. They truly require clinical decision-making or expertise from yours truly.
-
Click here for the current full portal policy for non-members
Portal access is unlimited for administrative messages for both members and non-members.
Portal access for non-administrative messages is limited for non-members as follows:
Each office visit includes ONE non-administrative follow-up portal conversation.
If you have additional non-administrative questions, please schedule a follow-up visit or save your non-urgent questions for your next visit.
Portal access for non-administrative messages is expanded for members as follows:
There is no specific limit on how many messages you can send, regardless of how often you come in for a visit.
I still encourage you to keep messages brief, to the point, and bulleted when possible. That is the best way to make sure I understand your questions and concerns.
Portal messaging is great for many things, but it is not meant to be a replacement for office follow-ups. I will ask you to schedule a visit if your message is about a complex issue that requires in-depth decision making, an exam, or a nuanced discussion beyond the scope of the portal.
-
Deciding which labs are appropriate involves reviewing your symptoms, history, and current care plan. Membership gives me dedicated time to consider lab requests between visits. If you’re not a member, we can discuss your lab needs during an appointment, or you can schedule a brief lab consultation.
PRIORITY FOLLOW-UPS
-
What’s the same: When we have a visit, I will tell you when I think you should follow-up and my hope is that you do that, e.g.: 6 weeks out, 2 months out, or 2 weeks after you are planning to complete your labs.
What’s different: In case you need to be seen sooner, I will hold time open for acute visits so you can be seen within 2 weeks with the following caveats
Your follow-up may need to be by phone or Zoom
Since you also have a busy schedule, some flexibility may be needed to make the 2-week window happen. I will offer multiple slots on weekdays between 8a-5p
-
It should not! The best way to ensure your follow-up time, as always, is to schedule follow-up based on what I recommend in your visit summary.
Glynis can add you to the waitlist if you’d like an earlier opening.
